Chris Pollock

Born and raised in Yakima, I've been fortunate to travel, live and work throughout the US. In true Pacific Northwest fashion, my husband and I couldn't resist the pull of the rain-soaked evergreens west of the Cascades. Our travels brought us back to the Puget Sound area in 1992.
Shortly thereafter, I acquired my Real Estate license and joined the Landman, Inc. team in 1995. Since then I have become Managing Broker and Co-Owner.
I have been married to my soul mate and best friend Mike, for 35 years. We have two daughters and an adorable granddaughter. As an avid lover of the outdoors, I enjoy snowmobiling, boating and riding Hunters & Jumpers.
I have been involved in land development since 1995 starting with my father's orchard property where I managed the development of a 24 lot subdivision. As a result, I am confident in helping others decipher and understand the necessary steps in land development, whether it be a single family residence or an entire subdivision.
I enjoy the process of helping Sellers determine the best use for their property and the most efficient way to market it. Unafraid of getting a little muddy, my favorite part of my job is walking properties to discover the land's best attributes and potential.
Most Buyers need help in weaving through the bureaucratic process each jurisdiction requires to assure the most cost effective and time effective path to permitting and building. The real work isn't in finding a property to make an offer on, but in working through feasibilities to ensure the property can be utilized in the manner the Buyer intends. I look forward to helping you find your dream property!
